Blogger releases injunction ZAM v CFW

According to the Mirror,

“A blogger who published the full text of a gagging order online has said he did so because he does not agree with the idea that people should be able to go to court to silence others.”

The blogger – who is not being named for legal reasons – said he had not yet heard from any lawyers representing ZAM, but was not worried, as he had no money to pay a fine, and did not believe that he would be jailed.

  2. He's sticking his neck out. Subject to a life sentence and could conceivably be recalled. There's an old saying, advice given to junior officers in the Armed Forces... 'Do not issue an order if you are not confident it will be obeyed.'
